Be a Hero to Homeless Pets in the Riverside Area

RIVERSIDE, CA, January 22, 2018 — Foster Army Animal Rescue (FAAR) is currently recruiting for foster volunteers.  FAAR is a foster-based nonprofit in Riverside which rescues and treats vulnerable at-risk animals and then places them in forever homes.

Homeless pets of all ages find a second chance at life through the caring and love of a foster family. Fosters provide shelter, socialization, medical care, if needed and love while FAAR provides all the training, supplies and support.

Since FAAR’s establishment in mid 2015, over 500 animals have been rescued and rehomed all through the loving care of fostering.

If you are interested in helping to save at-risk pets in your community, please see “Volunteer – Become a Foster” on FAAR’s website at fosterarmy.org or call 951-222-2104.  The animals are depending on you!

Foster Army Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that rescues from animal control facilities treatable companion animals at risk of euthanasia. These animals include the ill and injured, kittens and puppies under eight weeks of age, seniors, and others often overlooked by adopters.  They are placed in foster homes and provided with all medical and behavioral treatments they need and are vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before becoming available for adoption.
